Zutaten

Zubereitung

Feldsalat putzen, waschen und gut trocken schleudern. Weintrauben waschen und halbieren.

Baguette-Brötchen in Scheiben, dann in kleine Würfel schneiden und in einer Pfanne mit 2 EL Sonnenblumenöl knusprig rösten. Leicht mit Salz würzen.

Coeur de Lion Le Carré in Scheiben schneiden. SalatWeintrauben und Käse in eine Salatschüssel geben und miteinander vermengen.

Für das Dressing Rotweinessig mit Feigensenf vermengen. Das Olivenöl sowie das restliche Sonnenblumenöl einrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

Das Dressing über den Salat geben und alles vermischen. Vor dem Servieren mit den Croûtons bestreuen.
